Per your SN, I'll assume it's an 85. Since you didn't state one way or the other, I'll assume you still have the 85 rear axle. After all my assumptions, I'll recommend you swap the rear axle to a newer IFS rear axle, since they are wider. You can get one out of 86-95 Pickups, or 86-89 4Runners. Depending on which one you get, you may have to move the brackets for the leaf springs, to match the width on your 85(?). Or, you could just run some wheel spacers. Oh, and your frame could be bent, but there is no possible way to tell based on those pictures. Good luck.

The IFS axle housing is 58" wide, compared to yours at 55". That alone would give you the clearance you need.

you mounted larger tires on wheels that are designed for narrow stock tires (like 225/75/15's). I am surprised that you are not having rubbing on your front springs. Not sure what size tires you used but they look like they are bulging a lot. Might consider going to a wider wheel with a different backspacing.

The IFS axle is a bolt on, plus you gain better(larger) rear drums. If you add the wider rear axle you will need to add 1.5" wheel spacers upfront to match the track width of the IFS axle.

IMO, the easiest thing would be either a different wheel (7-8" wide VS. your stock 6" wide) wheel or a set of 1.5" wheel spacers on all 4 wheels
