Squeeling noise at idle.

Squeeling noise at idle.
Hi all,
I am new to the toyota truck world, i just picked up a 1990 22re extended cab 4x4 with 95000 miles on it. Its really clean and extremely well kept, everything is stock though (soon to change). However i just encountered my first problem. When i first got it the PO said that new belts were put on 200 miles ago, at higher rpms they would squeel really loud. I tightened the fan belt and the squeel at high rpms went away but now i get a pretty loud squeel at idle. I am thinking that it is a bearing because the increased tension would expose the problem. it will go away as soon as your off idle and then come right back. I just wanted to double check this and maybe get some ideas as to which bearing it may be?
Thanks,
Luke
