Might try Craigslist or eBay to find the spare tire tool. I made a replacement once with a steel rod and a small dowel pin crosswise in the end. You can fit a 33 in there with relocated tail pipe or at least wrap the pipe in insulation. Tight fit, you need to pull the tire back from it's natural hanging spot and make sure it is perfectly center side-side:
