Multi-Mount Winch Bumpers for 3rd gen 4Runner
The only multi-winch mount bumper I can find is the Warn Trans4mer, and a front hitch mount. The front hitch mount is too low and the Trans4mer looks ok.
There are no other "off the shelf" options for me other than to go custom, right?
And Shockrocks, CBI and other custom shops do not regularly make multi-winch bumpers, right?
Of course I could have someone fab one for me. I want to be able to take the winch on and off and also on the rear, so I do not want a permanent front winch bumper.
What are your thoughts?
Thanks
Bill

I have one of these and for me it can be moved in my case to front or back on 4 different vehicles . I really don`t want to lay out the money for 8 good winches or more . One gets enough just running the electrical cable to power the winch . It is just a winch mount cradle that has the 2 " male receiver 2"x2"x1/4 square tube now since this is a pulling and not towing I use 2 1/2"x2 1/2" x3/16 " square tube as the female receiver. this work great for mounting vises and other tools I like to move around. For the front mounts I bolt to where the tie downs are attached on the back just your normal receiver hitch as the control is built right to the winch all that is needed is positive and ground from the battery . the connector on the winch changed to a more economic one then from warn Where you mount this is only limited buy your thinking . In this case I am making a mount to attach to the neighbors trailer to winch things on. use a car dolly have a mount in the bed of your truck
