Misfire after engine wash!!!

Hey guys.
I'm a new here and have question.
I have toyota 4runner 1996 with 3.4 engine, after washing engine it started misfiring. I ordered new gasket set for engine new spark plugs wires, new spark plugs to renew them. But after installiation everything my car still have missfiring and it starts shooting and i feel it like loose power. Have you any idea?? Can it be ignition coil???

Prolly the coil pack, or something got wet, let 'er sit in the sun a few days, or change your coil pack, try moving spark plugs/wires to see if misifre jumps, could he a head gasket.
