How hard to change front passenger side axle???
I have a 92 4x4 pickup. I need to change the front passenger side axle. I noticed that my outer cv boot had cracked and decided just to change the whole axle out. I already picked up the axle. I have been looking on the forums and net to find info but have been unsuccessful. How hard is this? And how do I do this? Any special tools? Tips?

Here is a link to an online Factory Service manual for a 93, same as a 1992.
take a look at the manual Suspension Section
looks pretty straigt forward to me. just remember to block your wheels, use quality jackstands (NOT 8x8x16 cinderblocks)

Thanks for the link. This is a big help. I am looking at these break downs of the parts inside the hub and some things say Non-reusable part. Does that mean I will have to purchase new oil seal, gaskets, Lock washer, etc...

The question is do you wanna take it apart before you have to do the CVs again?
if not replace them a few more dollars and minutes now will save you a few hours later!
Usually you don't have to replace all the parts yet you will have to sooner than later if you don't!
I always replace the seals and wearable parts!
What gaskets will you have apart?
