that is a nice truck and all , but i would sell it and get a black 85 , 5speed , sr5 extra cab like that one in the movie , if you want it identical. the 85 has that nice rare and wow factor to with the last year of the factory front solid axle

and that is a solid axle, they probably used more than one truck for the movie so other scenes could be that turbo truck

why not? many ways to do that trick. just over inflate the tires and you will be sliding around in no time

That is awesome right there Jordan.
I'm new here. This my first post. I'm normally over at Dmctalk.org (Delorean owner).
Love back to the future. Remember seeing it as a kid and always wanted the truck So I picked one up this week to do the Marty conversion. 1985 4x4 extra cab. spent the day I got it stripping the paint. I just cant seem to locate the Smittybilt bumpers and roll/light bar.
Having trouble posting the pics here but if you want to see them go over to dmctalk.org and look up my screename.

The closest light/roll bar I can find is from a company called go rhino. They have a bend in them thats not screen acurate so the search continues. These I just might have to make.

If you look real close, the BTTF truck has Auto Hubs. My truck is halfway there! apart from being white, not having either of the bumpers, or a roll bar, and the rust...
