90 4runner wont start

Hi guys!
Okay so i'm wondering if any of you awesome Yota owners can help me!! I have a 1990 4runner v6 3.0 Auto, I've had it about a year now and i'm having some problems. 2 days ago i was driving to work and i was going up a huge hill and hit a red light. As I hit the gas to start up the hill after the light my truck jumped. I thought that was weird ( as it has never happened to me before ) but i made it up the hill and got to work. I let the truck sit there all day until I left for home. On my way home i drove okay for about 20 km until i hit another red light. But this time off the line my foot was down to the floor and it had 4000 RPM but was only going 10 km/h for about 15 seconds and then would kick in and i would go to normal speed. The truck did this everytime i had to stop until i got it home. The next day i started it and took it for a spin around the block and it was fine. So i let it sit for a few more hours until i needed to go shopping, i went to start it and noticed that it was ideling rough. I put it in drive and noticed that everytime i reved the engine it sounded off. So i put it in drive to see what it would do, it stalled. I went to go start it and now it wont start!!!

PLEASE PLEASE someone help me out here!! I'm so lost to where to even start!!

I've replaced the alternator, distributor cap, fuel filter, fuel pump, wiring, fuses, starter, all fluids

Any help would be GREAT!!!

Thanks for looking

timing belt probably jumped time!! check with light and then take off the cam gear cover and see if the marks line up at all and try to check against the crank flywheel as well. remember the cams turn once for every time the crank does two...
