'84 4runner suspension
Newbie asking a newbie question. I have a '84 4runner currently sitting on 35s. I know it has 63" Chevy springs and a block in the rear and I'm unsure about the front.
I am wanting to get another 2" or so of lift. I really don't want to go with a BL so I'm curious to know what my options are. I've considered going to 6" shackles. Being on the budget that I'm on right now, the trail gear front and rear lift isn't an option (although it will be in the future). Any advice is appreciated. Thanks guys.

Honestly if your planning on a better suspension in the future, theres no sense in spending any money on it now just to have to re-do it again. Thats wasting money.
You can go with longer shackles or an add-a-leaf. Remember, for every inch longer than stock shackle you go with, you get .5" of lift. So a 6" longer than stock shackle will give you 3" of lift.
