Weird bogging while engaging clutch

Recently after the timing replacement I am having this bogging issue while trying to go on 1st gear but is very noticeable at 2nd gear, alittle bit on 3rd gear and none at 4th & 5th gear. I have everything in correctly order and timing it at 10 degree, spark plug wire 1 year ago, chenge spark plugs 5 months ago. When it is in neutral it rev at no problem w/o bogging like in gear. I know it doesn't look normal cause I know the normal for a clutch to bog down a bit but not like this, it felt like the piston had stop for 3 second, causing it to died then back to live again, after that it rev fine. Whats the ordeal of this, I'm thinking TPS adjustment needed? thanks in advance.
