Photo Needed - 1st Gen Steering Stabilizer
Ordered a Skyjacker Steering Stabilizer for my 87 IFS and the instructions from Skyjacker are kinda lame.
The bracket that attaches at the Idler Arm side was easy enough to figure out, but they have a weird L shaped bracket and some small U-Joints that somehow mount the other side.
Has anyone got one of these suckers installed, or any aftermarket steering Stabilizer that uses the same mounting system. I could do with a photo to get my head around it.
The POS black & white photo in their install instructions just doesn't cut it: http://www.skyjacker.com/image/search/pdf/7186.pdf

and I was thinking you meant a 1st Gen truck...silly 4Runner's....JK.
I tried a google search but everything I seemed to find had to deal with straight axles...but did find this lift kit instruction from Pro Comp...might have something. Good luck...
edit: glad you found something....;
