Just wanted to share an update with you all....

Here's what she looks like today. Got the Super Swampers on last weekend, and added the Downey Bikini Top too.

I've got to get the Diff serviced, and gaskets re-done then she'll be ready for some mud and trails. Wish she was a tab bit higher so I can have more fender clearance. But that's a whole different thread.

Anyway, feel free to share your thoughts.... THANKS!

For a fairly inexpensive lift you could do what I (and many others) have done and install Ball Joint spacers in the front and swap in 63" chevy leaf springs in the rear. This is an excellent setup that will ride and flex very well for you , but not lift it high enough to feel tippy. I got my springs from a salvage yard and with the BJ spacers, misc. brackets and new shocks I probably spent ~$400. I run 33x10.5 BFG Mud terrains and it works very well for me. If you are interrested just do a search on 63" chevy springs and you should come up with more info than you can read.

Your truck is looking great Basil! Hopefully one of these weekends I will be able to make it out and take a look at it in person. Those tires look awesome on that truck too!

Just curious about where you got your clear lenses. My front lense is broken and I need to replace it. The clear looks good.

Thanks
