It's not quite a pigtail. The clutch start cancel switch will be connected properly, if it is still working. There will be no loose wires. Just look to see if there are the same color wire on each. When you find them, splice the clutch start switch wires into the csc wires. There shouldn't be any loose wires when you're done.

Jay, if you can take a look at the back of the clutch start cancel switch and let me know what wires are there, and the colors on the clutch switch, I could make up a diagram for ya.
I could see failing inspection if a spring was sticking out of the seat.

Okay, well my girlfriend came over. So I took a look at her 4runner's wiring. I found where the other pigtail should be. So I looked at mine, and tucked way away... was the plug in!! I couldnt see it, but I could feel it
The idiotic po jumpered the other connector so it fooled the clutch start switch into thinking it was a-ok. I removed the ty jumper and pluged everything back together.. It works perfect!
THanks for the help guys
Anyone know anything bout that other plug?

Glad you found that one. Now, the other one is under and to the left of the steering column... Gotta look through my pictures.
