IFS rear axle build with v6 ARB so frustrated!

A little background:

Bought IFS axle of craigslist, Built, stripped, cleaned, painted, and New brakes bearings, TG axle shafts, and diff armor.

Pulled at v6 4.88 out of a 4 runner in the junk yard everything was bolted up ready to go and felt awesome and fit like a glove.

Decided 4.88 would work pulled them and sold.

Fast forward to today, I bought a built unit from marlin.
v6 5.29 ARB

Went to put it in today. The ten bolts hardly want to line up, the axle shafts were a little hard to get in(not terrible), and to top it off after clearing the housing in like 5 locations It was still a B to get on. and I broke the copper line off the seal even with being very careful.( might of been bad line routing)

What is the deal here?
Has anyone had these difficulties?

It's possible. All the elockers I've retrofitted have had bolt line up issues.
