How can I recondition the shift boot?

My "leather" is in good shape, however, the paint is flaking like this one. How do I fix this? Thanks.

you could try taking it to the upholdstry shop and they could use the old one as a pattern.

I need to get mine fixed, it needs new leather or some other form of fabric. I jus took it out for the time being.
