If you are saying when the hubs are locked and you are in 4x4 mode that you have trouble turning - that's normal (even without a locker). When you add a locker it's going to amplify the problem. When off road, it'll be a little easier to turn because the tires can slip on the non-paved surface but it's still harder to turn than when in 2 wheel drive due to binding up in the axle.

Its not just hard to turn wich I know is normal this is my third yoda... its binding somwhere in the front drive train.. hubs in 4x4 and gearbox in 2hi, the binding and grinding and poppings is heard and felt.. only when turning left sometimes when im not even turnning all that's sharp... still lockers? Good or bad? Repair? Replace?

Sounds like the locker is causing the cv's to bind up when the steering is at full lock. Even with the transfer case in 2hi, that front axle is still locked solid with the hubs and locker engaged.

My locker does the exact same thing. There is nothing wrong with it. You have the choice of either turning OR owning a front locker and getting over obstacles. You cannot do both. So either take the locker out and suck off road or leave the locker in and hope that all trails are straight.
For a real scary sound, lock the hubs in 4lo and back up and turn sharp left!

its normal, even off road. when im in 4wd and turning, the locker will CLANK the axles depending on which way you're turning... pretty entertaining to watch if you collapse your mirrors, and hold your head out the window, you can see your entire front drivetrain/tire shift and clank

Partner with a front locker there is going to be some noise and binding every now and then. Don't lock her in on pavement especially with a locker! I've got lockers front and rear on mine and the front makes noise and binds when I go off road in some higher traction areas (rocks, close turns, tight off camber lines, etc...).
