hypermax

on my 90 3.0 pickup 4x4 i have a engine code or codes so i jump the pins to get the CEL to blink, and i get 2 blinks then about .5 of a pause then 1 blink then another .5 of pause then 5 blinks then like a good 4 secs of a pause and repeats. so is this 3 codes or is it only 2, from what i can find i believe theirs only 2 codes ans the first code would be 21. witch is 02, i put a new 02 (bosh - wire) in and had to hard wire it, cause their was no plug just cut off wires -.-, now if i reset codes i can start the truck and no codes come on i can rev it up and let it idle for like 5 min but once i start driving it almost instantly it pops up could my 02 not be wired in right? or is it code 2 witch would be VAFM and code 1 witch would be normal condition and code 5 witch would be 02 again?

i wired my 02 sensor up like this
02 sensor truck
white white/red stripe
white pink/green stripe
black black
grey brown
