Converting auto to 5 speed manual
So I have a Long bed Toyota I don't really like, and my cousin has a nice short bed one I like, but it's an auto which I don't like. But changing a tranny from auto to manual seems much simpler than changing a long bed to short bed. How would I go about changing it and how much should it run me?

Take a look here:

Basically you need a transmission, bellhousing, clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, the lower mounting brackets from the engine to bellhousing, a 5 speed pedal assembly, master cylinder, slave cylinder, clutch line.
You need to drill 3 holes in the firewall for the master cylinder, and cut out the transmission tunnel for the new shifters. You will also need to bypass the neutral start, wire up reverse and 4wd indicators.
All in all, it's actually a really easy swap.
