I think I have found my problem!!! I checked my main EFI relay, behind the drivers side kick panel and found a hole through my floor. I can see my tire from inside the truck. Gonna weld this up this week.

Here are a couple of photos. The electrical connection here is from my fuse panel where the main EFI relay is located and is also sitting right over the hole and seems to have been getting wet, therefore causing my grief. I have opened and closed this connector a couple of times to remove some of the corrosion and things seem to be starting alright, for now anyways. I have some electrical contact cleaner for this too.
