Cleaning CSI

Banjo fitting and screw was clogged, got it opened up now but still no gas through nozzles. Applied 12v , can feel injector work.
Can injector be dissambled to clean nozzles? Tried 10mm wrench and needle nose vice grips ,afraid of breaking it off.

I'm 99% sure you cannot disassemble the injector.

You could try a "catheter tip" 30cc syringe and some paint thinner. (A catheter tip is tapered; at the larger end toward the syringe body it's about the same diameter as the non-business end of the injector, so you can connect it with a piece of hose. ) You don't even need a hose clamp; you can't get enough pressure on a big syringe like that to pop off the hose.

Or, an ultrasonic cleaner. http://www.harborfreight.com/ultraso...aner-3305.html

Or, easier yet, a professional: http://www.witchhunter.com/
