Bolts, bolts.....nuts

After having my 22re rebuilt I am now attempting to reinstall it. My biggest mistake was NOT labeling every single bolt, hose, clamp, etc. Please learn from me. Always, always ALWAYS label everything when removing for a major job.

I have lots of 12mm and 14mm bolts in different lengths. I need to know the following sizes if someone can help.

Motor mount to the block bolts:

AC bracket bolts:

Collant supply and return pipes bolts and gaskets:

This is my first 22re reinstall. At 37 you'd think I would be a tad smarter after several other domestic reinstalls.

Thanks in advance to whomever has the time to spell it out for me.

Crap. It is an 86 runner. Thanks Rabbit. I have two manuals to go off of. Your link was quite useful.

yeah, i just did a rebuild to, but i didn't pull the engine. The bolts for the AC bracket are the real big 14mm, well i think there 14 mm, but there real big, medium length, i don't remember the specific length and thread pitch of hand, but i could figure out tomorrow if you don't get it. The coolant passages are 12's, they just one of the many MANY 12mm that are all at that same length. I know, not very descriptive, but i hope that helps.

Hmmm....bummer. Wish I could help ya, but I've never had to have mine apart that much. I have the same year, though. Hopefully, that linky will help you out. If not, maybe you have a friendly dealership you are well acquainted with to help here and there. The one near me...specifically the parts dept.....is real nice. They've help me out with a number of tight spots like this with specs. Sometimes I think they're bored and really have nothing to do anyway. So why not?

I dunno...

I put mine in ziplocks and write on the bad with "notes" if its confusing (i.e. the bolts are longer and go in certian spots, or ya gotta twist it this way to get it off..

Most of the Toyota stuff only goes on one way...

Its not that I'm missing bolts, I just have alot of them. I know, time and patience lefty loosey righty tighty.

The only ones I was concerned about was the tranny bolts that I labeled and the EFI ones but broke a couple of them off. I might be screwed on those.

I got nothing but time...........

holla

Thanks for the replies.
