seems like you could make one fairly cheap. For all of the fustration you seem to be getting from trying to have bedrug make you one and the LACK of people that want any type of carpet in the back of a truck, you may go with the custom idea,

I have a custom made bed rug type thing I made for my truck, I'll take a pic and show you what I'm taking about. Its pretty cool. The carpet was about $10 and the wood was free so I dont care.

i got the sample.. its really nothin special just foam and some crappy carpet u could get anywhere. the sample cost thenm $1.22 to send it. ha

Home depo has carpet and foam,you could get samples for free and make your own.Autozone has fuzzy dice for your dash,they also have curb feelers.Get some neon lights while your there.

Get some spray adhesive, a roll of indoor/outdoor carpet, some carpet foam and get in there.
Measure twice, cut once.

If its not Rhino liner or something like it, it traps moisture n grit, sure to shorten a bit your bed integrity. Outdoor carpet, thats so Bill Clinton Aye.
