95 3.0 4wd AT help ! not shifting out of 1st

as the title indicates, i have a problem which started tonight - truck ran pretty well for the past 2K or so that i've had it - 182K on the clock. stopped for groceries, came out and truck will not shift. moves though, 3K rpms = 20 mph or so ...

need help ! fluid could be changed, but is up to level when warm. drove in 4wd this past sunday for a few minutes and that worked good too ...

any suggestions would be great. thanks.
