Just looking for someone to confirm a timing issue I am having. When I install the jumper, I see the timing retard to base timing however if I rev the engine the timing advances, just not as much as with the jumper removed....should this happening with the jumper installed?
All the other vehicles I have worked on, locking the timing is just that, it doesn't advance while revving.

Thanks

Getting desperate here...please someone answer my question. With the jumper in, idle dropped, should the timing still be advancing with engine rpms?
Anyone? anyone at all?
