1st gen 4runner air condition problem
I hope this is the right place for this question about my air conditioning in my 1988 4runner:
My air was working fine until a week ago when the fan blower died. A month ago I had it recharged and repaired while on a road trip to the Florida Keys. Worked great for a couple thousand miles.
I replaced the fan blower, now I have blowing hot air in Atlanta summer because the air conditioner stopped working.
Could I have knocked something while replacing the blower? I listened to the relay behind the glove box and it sounds like it is actuating when I turn the fan on, does that one control air as well or is there another? I checked the two fuses below that relay Are there others? Why arent all the fuses in one place?
I notice that when I engage the air button the engine RPM's dont jump like they used to.
