1993 Toyota Pickup Leaf Springs
Okay, I have a problem. I purchased this truck about six months ago and it has the Rough Country 4" suspension lift. I went to remove the blocks yesterday and they didn't just lift out the axles like others trucks I've had before. I had to beat and twist on them to get them up and out of there place. Well it looks like maybe a bushing was left behind. I've tried just about everything so far to get it out. I wanted to make sure that this was in fact from the block and not from the factory. The piece I'm holding up to the perch is what I believe is the original piece off of the spring pack that's suppose to go in the hole.

That third picture is the spring pack sleeve that the spring pack bolt goes through. As you can see its the exact size as the hole in the pad. So something isn't right. I'm thinking that bushing was originally part of the block and now it's wedged in there. The metal bushing isn't a like metal as the rest of the axle. That's what's made me question it. I got a torch and heated it, tried to beat it out but I can't get it to do nothing.
