i just picked up an 85 SR5 pickup...solid front, factory efi, extended cab, tube bupmers, bobbed bed, etc...etc...


it came with some 15x12" eagle alloy, ricer wheels. i want to get some, dependable, steel wheels....and am unsure of what backspace to get. i was told 2.5" by a good buddy...and just want to verfiy this with some other folks as well.

tires are 35x15.5x15 TSL SX's

I run 35 x 12.5 with 3.75 bs and no issues at all

2.5" should work, might need to add a small wheel spacer. I ran 33x15.50 SXs on 15x10s, 2.5" backspace and needed 1/4" spacer to clear the springs.
