Weber 32/36 carb jetting help

I live at approximately 7200 feet above sea level. I get my emissions test down in Albq. At 5200 feet.

I have a 1984 Toyota Tercel SR5 4WD wagon.
It has a 3AC 1.5l SOHC engine with about 10k miles on a full rebuild. 9 to 1 pistons

The engine has a Schneider 260 cam with specs:

Grind Number: 260F
Intake Duration (gross): 260
Exhaust Duration (gross): 260
Intake Duration (.050”): 220
Exhaust Duration (.050”): 220
Intake Valve Lift*: .429"
Exhaust Valve Lift*: .429"
Lobe Separation: 106
Intake Valve Lash: .008"
Exhaust Valve Lash: .010"
RPM Range: 1500-5500

………………………………………………………………………………..
Unfortunately the cam came back with .375 lift. I wanted the lift so am disappointed with that.
I installed a Jacobs Ultra Coil to go with the stock electronic ignition.
The Weber 32/36 dgev came with Primary Secondary
Main jet 130 / 110
Air jet 165 / 120
Idle jet 50 / 50
Emulsion tube f50 / f50

It passed federal emissions like this but had serious hesitation off idle the same opening the secondary. I found that I had vacuum leaks and have since fixed them all.
I ordered a performance jet pack from RaceTep for my altitude. It came with:

Main jet- 120 / 150
Air jet- 190 / 200
Idle jet 50 / 50

I had failed emissions with that performance pack when I had vacuum leaks.
I have the car running the best so far that I can at the following settings

Main 110 / 120
Air 200/ 190
Idle 60 / 60

But I still have some hesitation when I stab open the throttle to about 1/3 of primary. I guess that is in the transition area.
Raising the idle jets to 60 on both sides really helped with hesitation.
I am wondering if this sounds right to you and do you have any suggestions. Timing is at 8 btd.
The idle jets seem too high to me at this altitude and it feels like a 65 might improve response
Idle screw is ½ turn out and mixture screw is 2 turns out

Also do you have any suggestions on a different cam. Below is specs for two others.

Grind Number: 260-70F
Intake Duration (gross): 260
Exhaust Duration (gross): 270
Intake Duration (.050”): 220
Exhaust Duration (.050”): 230
Intake Valve Lift*: .429"
Exhaust Valve Lift*: .436"
Lobe Separation: 106
Intake Valve Lash: .008"
Exhaust Valve Lash: .010"
RPM Range: 1800-5800

Grind Number: 278F
Intake Duration (gross): 278
Exhaust Duration (gross): 278
Intake Duration (.050”): 208
Exhaust Duration (.050”): 208
Intake Valve Lift*: .435"
Exhaust Valve Lift*: .435"
Lobe Separation: 108
Intake Valve Lash: .008"
Exhaust Valve Lash: .010"
RPM Range: 2000-6000

I greatly appreciate any help you can give.
