spring opinions.

I have procomp 4inch springs and a set of downey springs that im not sure the lift on them. The may be about 4inches but im guessing 3inch with shackles. Im lifting my runner for the first time. Im wondering what would be a better starting point. I want something as flexy as i can get to start...I know the procomp stuff is not that flexy. I really havent heard much about the downey stuff..what would you do? 4runner will see street and trail and the trail it will see is nothing too crazy cause honestly i haven't really drivin it much and im sure once running again i will have some bugs to work out.

Thanks
Russell

Either would work, the Downey springs are likely lower lift and softer. Try them, then you can always swap leaves with the PC springs if you needed more lift.

Thats kinda what i was thinking. I threw the procomp stuff on craigslist to see about getting rid of it and just running the downey springs. I figure if i needed more then i would get other springs.
