I'm interested in the Honda dizzy/ecu tuning... I want to turbo my truck before long, and after adapting the 22re system to my 84, I have noticed how limited it is on fuel and spark control. It has a knock sensor, so that, a home-made piggy-back, and wideband o2 might do some work, but it will never compare to a hondata system (which are crazy plentiful used down here near mexico ).
Combining my experience with the 22RE system and the Jeep and Chevy EFI I have worked on, I believe I could wire up a EFI harness based off a Honda system. Can the TPS and Coolant temp sensors be used? I'm assuming a wideband O2 is necessary, is it a MAP or VAF/MAF system? Knock sensor?
BTW, hope you got a new fuel pressure gauge! I had one do the same thing, had to open it up and braze/solder the copper tubing back together (the solder had a hole).
