Help me clear 33x14.50 boggers for my 85' 4runner?
So here is my runner, so I took the 31s off and put some 33x14.50 swampers on the 2.5" lift. I don't rub when I turn but I do with some slight articulation.
I'm on a tight budget so what would be the cheapest way of lifting this to give me some more articulation room!? (CUTTING IS NOT AN OPTION LOL)
Body lift? Lift springs?
What is this I hear about rear leafs up front and chevy for the rear?

i dont see why cutting isnt an option, a sawzaw always works, you could do 1in body lift, or as stated longer shackles, with rears up front your going to need to change your whole steering setup i believe

She's too mint and pretty to cut in my opinion lol. I'd rather just lift her up

to mint and pretty to cut but not to mint and pretty to have baseball sized rocks and mud clumps thrown at it by the tires?
As said above. get longer shackles. But be aware it will change your steering geometry.
on a side note. Isn't it required to have winter tires in bc?

hahah you prove a point... idno i'd rather not cut her up quite yet as I just got it.
I'm gonna do some longer shackles and a small body lift for now I think!
Uhm as for the winter tire thing, i'm not too sure i've ever heard of that.. I do know that if you go up to the mountains to snowboard/ski they require winters

It may be mint now, but a little while on boggers will wear that mint truck down to a hunting/trail only rig... And the right front is on backwards... I can't see the rears. Just my opinion after running boggers. They vibrate, howl, fling golfball sized rocks(as was previously stated) up into the undercarriage, and wear like butter. They are great in mud and crawling, but that's about it.

On my old runner even with a 4" lift the 33's rubbed when turned and stuffed. I also had the pinch welds hammered down.
Shackles will help a little but you're still gonna rub.
If you really want to get rid of the rubbing move your axle forward a few inches.
