Help identifiying hood...

I've been looking at buying another truck and ran across an '86 2wd xtra cab, but I can't figure out the hood. Is this a stock hood scoop or something someone has added?

Modified stock hood?
Looks like a square section was cut out and beat back to let air in?
Doesn't look too bad.

were's asbury? any way good looking gas sipper. I would pick it up. I've been checking craigslist here in st. louis and come across many 2wd pickups for less than that and even a nice 74 fj40 for like 7500.00. Check in st. louis for some thing cheaper if your close.

St. Louis would be a bit of a drive for me. Asbury is down in the SW portion. Just north of Joplin.

Yeah that's a little far. Hit me up via pm if you ever get over to this side of the state and want to hit some trails.
