Brake question

Heres my problem, I my front brakes have been locking up like wont release my rotors to the point were there smokeing. And it all started with a rebuild master cynlider. the first one I got worked great for about a week then all of a sudden went to the floor and wouldnt come back.So its lifetime Got another one differnt style this time had a plastic swivel. worked great and then after awhile the brakes would lock up. figured it could be my calipers So I rebuilt them everything looked good, but did it anyways. Im about due for new pads cause all of this and there where just put on 2 months ago. So they were working good bleed the system, drove it around town stopped great. Figured I was ok... and yah get on the freeway and the truck is having trouble getting 55. so I down shift gets slower and slower get out the brakes are rolling with smoke I release some pressure by bleeding some fuild out of it. to get it home. and what Im asking you think its the master? bad calipers even tho I dont think its really possible to screw rebuilding them up. Cause im thinking since it didnt do it till I got on the freeway that it could be the exausht heating the master up and cause it to apply pressure and not letting it up? so faulting master clydner? what do you guys think?

Are you talking about the rubber line , aka the ones were you can get the extended steel braided . or where it connects to the back of the calipers? if so those have no rust on them at all.
