Horn bypass on 1982 Pickup??

I am looking to bypass the spiral cable on my '82. My horn isn't working and I'm guessing that's the issue so I figure it's easier to bypass it then to replace the spiral cable.

Does anyone know...

Already checked that stuff, it's all good. I get a slight side to side motion out of my driver's side front but it is translated up the shaft to the steering wheel.

RC Car "Tint" for headlights??

This isn't really for me, more for my girlfriend's BMW, but I'm curious as to whether ANYONE on here has ever painted there lights with this stuff. It's made for a gun, not that cheapo aerosolized...

Yeah...I've found a small list of wheels that fit the Tundras with the 231mm calipers, so they'd fit the Tacomas as well. BUT the one wheel that I want, the 7089 Procomp Alloy I've only found fitting...
