Swing down cb antennae bracket

I am getting sick and tired of having to take my cb antennae down before I go to the banks or drivethrus at a restaurant. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what to do? I have it mounted on top of my surco safari rack. I'm too lazy to get out and actually stand in line and bank or at a fast food joint so don't tell me to walk lol. I thought maybe about putting some type of swinging pin and when I'm not using the cb to just fold the antennae down witht the pin and ust a cotter pin to hold it in place but I don't know of anyways to make a swivel point for it. I already have a spring to allow the antennae to flex too so that idea it out. Any help is appreciated!

Talking

I think there are some quick releases that go along with the springs.. check out radioshack. but that still means you'd have to take it off (at least it'd be quicker than having to unscrew it)

I have some pics of the quick releases on my CB page.

Be aware there are cheap quick releases out there, you want the type that is in my pics.

when i had it on my explroer i had it mounted on my front roof rack bar... well what i did was ziptied a keychain quick release onto the mast and the other end of it on the rear rack bar... it had a spring on the antenna so i would get out, and just pull the antenna back and engage it in the otehr half of the quick release.... now it only stuck up about a foot higher than the roof

What is this about the ground wire at the antenna? Do you have to cut into the antenna and pull the wire out then connect it to a ground? I have my antenna hooked up to the coax and straight to the cb radio itself. I just saw on Corey's site where he grounded the antenna to his ARB bumper. Am I missing something?
