stereo install
hey everybody. I am an air force mechanic stationed out here in las vegas for the time being, and I thought you might like to see the stereo I just put in my 91' single cab 4x4
freshly cut door panel
61/2 inch door speaker pods in work
doors almost finished
left door crossover
right door crossover
beautiful wife helping with B-quiet (like dynomat, but cheaper and better)
I had to bang in the rear of the cab to get the speaker box to fit just right. did I mention I got this truck for $800.00 and dont care if its ugly?
box installed
amplifier
new head unit
and finally, the finished product.
it sounds excellent, and no, not alot of rap gets pushed through this system. mostly REAL punk, metal and the doors.

no, it was a little more like $200 for the deck, and another $200 for the amp. it may not be a competition setup but it will hit 130 decibels. it took around 2 weeks all together, and yes, it is ipod compatible.

NICE
i did alomst the same amp(m450) with the kicker cvt 10".it friggin bangs down hard.
i wish i had a box like yours so the sub would be more centrally located but the shallow box it came with fits perfect.i put it behind the pass seat.
im impressed with that little alpine its got some heart.
