Welding brackets to axle
Please DO NOT post miss information
Who know hard fax on welding to your axle beyond basic good welding practice (cleaning and grinding)
Is there a specific wire to run.

I've been doing some looking into that because of torching off old brackets and welding on spring perches and the like. I've come up with it a few things
1: The axle needs to be assembled
2: Weld a small portion of one on one side and then go to the other side and do the same, just and inch here then a inch there while alternating sides to keep the heat down.
3: I'd like to know if its better to do it with oil in it for the heat to take longer to spread or if it should be empty to help dissipate better (someone who knows needs to chime in on that part because I've heard people preffering it both ways)
