What runs do you want to do this fall?
I will make up a schedule this weekend and send it around for a look over, but where do you guys want to go?
Personally I would like to go back to Miners and Axle Alley and do Highway to Hell.
All hard stuff I know. We could do a Sunflower and some other "everyone" run. I need to e-mail Mark Longfield and see if he wants to do the DeSoto again.
Jake Quinones will be here in October from New Mexico and I want to take him to Table Mesa.

Mark has setup the Desoto trip -

That is a fun trip, if you work something out with him and end up going let me know, I would like to get in on it too.
I would like to check out more Table Mesa trails too, that is big on my list. They are all really close together so I know we could run 2-3 trails in a day. Not all of them are hard either. Predator and Judgement day are more in line with Elvis/Lower Terminator I think.
TM trails -
Milk Ranch/Joe's Ridge
Judgement Day
Die Hard
Predator
Collateral Damage
H2H is good
Upper/Lower Ajax
Log Corral
Squeeze Rock Trail at Sycamore
Martinez Canyon (we need to finish what we started last time)
Coffee Pot Road
I would just like to get out on some new trails and do some exploring too at places like Packer/Milk Ranch/Joe's Ridge north of Table Mesa. Maybe Elvota and I will check out this place.

I'll be curious to see what you guys are doing on the 7-9 Nov weekend. My wife will be out of town visiting her family and my work schedule is open (for now).

Looks like I will be skipping DeSoto, that is the one and only weekend I have something planned already for.

Good ideas, I think more Table Mesa is in order as well. Other than H2H I think we have FJ covered.
I just can't get enough of Miners though, I just think it is so nice out there.
Can Oak Flats/Hackberry be made harder?

Hotel Congress is a place I have been a few times for a few drinks. It is an interesting crowd, being that its downtown Tucson. Regardless...its a good time.

Yes and no on Hackberry. I'd vote we leave it out and check out Table Mesa...considering we have done Hackberry enough and its kinda far too.

- Log Corral: we should cross the Verde, many haven't done the entire run before.
- Squeeze Rock Trail at Sycamore
- Martinez Canyon: I met a guy at REI who has explored a ton. He knows of a mine out there that goes all the way through the mountain. Says it's pretty amazing.
- Sunflower: This same REI friend knows this place like the back of his hand. He can direct me to an old gas station and garage that used to be out there. Plus, we have never all seen the second mine building.
- DeSoto: our own run perhaps... maybe a 2-Day with some camping or even Smiley Rock or Sedona the next day
- Smasher Canyon at Cottonwood
- Trail 404: there is some harder stuff down by the Verde we haven't tried yet.
- Payette Draw: maybe make this a 2-day with some camping.
- Miners Revenge
I'd be up for the harder ones you guys listed if my 4Runner is capable. I don't know much about the TM trails and I know that Highway to Hell wasn't seen as an option when Schaefer was running his 4Runner. But, I don't mind body damage as long as my doors work and glass is there when we are done.

Like always come to Yuma.
Smiley Rock
doesn't matter to me what trails are run as long as their is an open seat on the harder trails.

What ever you guys decide to do, I'll get in on what I can. I have Grand Canyon the w/e of 10/18-19 then Camino Del Diablo 11/2-4 and DeSoto w/ Longfields group on 11/7. After that the truck goes under the knife and there is no telling when I'll be back up and running. Hopefully it will be a smooth swap. I'll just play it by ear.

More to follow as the weekend approaches. I have had almost zero time off since June and have not wheeled at all since Moab. The only cool thing is that I have been to some places in the world I have never been before. I need to do something fun or my head will explode.
You have a scooter now? Looks like a fun time.

I probably won't be able to make the call until a couple of weeks prior to the weekend in question. Also, the trail you guys are doing would help me decide if I should take the 4Runner or not.
I'd like to get out there sometime to see Schaefer's buggy in action.
