How does one join 4ROC?

Maybe I'm just blind, it is kind of late, but I havent seen any info on how one would go about joining besides the "CA4ROC - sign in" thread. If I got some friends to sign up also where do I send them? I know a few people with 4Runners that would probably want to join and help out.

The sign up thread is it, at least for a couple more days. I'll try and build up the web site to something real in the next couple days, with a sign up form there as well.
