Where did you get your D ring shackles?
I got my ARB mounted on my 85 truck along with the Hella 500's. I went looking for some D rings today and could find nothing in this town. What size and where did you other ARB owners get yours?
The install of this bumper was flawless, except for some reason my splash pan don't fit like the instructions said it would. I will fix that in the morning.

I just bought a pair last week from this seller...

They were shipped fast and packaged like souvenirs. Very nice quality too.

A little shackle tech:
The ones i bought were 3/4" ...the same and only ones that TG, MC and many others sell. Very common size but after receiving them, i got to thinking...
These shackles are BIG and heavy. They have a working load limit of 13,000+ lbs. which is basically 3x's the weight of a 3rd gen 4runner. So i continued researching a smaller and lighter option....
A few days later, the same ebay seller had different sized shackles listed. I ended up buying 4 more that were 5/8" with a working load limit of 9,000 lbs.
* The 'breaking strength' limit of any clevis shackle is normally rated 4-5 times GREATER than the 'working load' limit. Something to keep in mind.
If you care about added weight as much as i do, then 5/8" shackles might be a better choice.
Comparison picture... 5/8" on the left and 3/4" on the right:

Just remember the weight of your vehicle is not the only factor in sizing a shackle and that all shackles are NOT rated in the same manner. Some things to consider:
- weight of vehicle needing a tow
- condition of vehicle needing a tow - i.e., stuck in mud
- impact factor from driver error - i.e., jerking on shackle (1 to 3)
- pull rating on winch (if using one)
- angle of pull, force vectors
- room left in the shackle to run cable/rope/strap through it once attached
Add some of those loadings to your shackle mulitiplied by an impact factor and you run out of loading in a hurry.
IMO, with a shackle, use the biggest one that will fit.
