do you know the part number for the shock you are using in the front. I am pretty sure that there is a correct resivior shock for fittment in the rear of your rig. The front is what will need the most work if any. Or on the fronts could you pull one and do a full compress / extend and give some dimensions?

That Fox shock specified as (rear) may fit on the front of your rig if it came with the right valving.

Yes, I've the OME N72F's in front and Rancho RS99251 in the rear.

The rear don't worry me as much as the front as I always can put a limiting strap or something.

I don't have the front measurings, the rear ones are a bit longer than the popular 9009's or 5009's and the sizes can be found on the Rancho literature.

The ARB site dosen't seem to have the shock specs on it anymore. I am not sure what to tell you without that measurement.

From what I can tell up front you have
-- ball joint spacers
-- thinner bump stops (but on the OEM bracket)

Im gonna make a guess that the shock is in fact a stock shock (in terms of travel - not damping)...

I'll have to go look stuff up...

I've the front OME sizes:

Extended: 15.30''
Compressed: 9.80''

And my rear Ranchos are:

Extended: 27.00''
Compressed: 16.125''

I'll try to search suitable shocks as soon as I've some free time hehe

Well, in Fox I could get the 2.0 x 5/8 Remote Reservoir for the rear:

Extended: 26.10''
Compressed: 16.10''

I'll have to use a stud-to-eye braket and maybe put a little spacer on the bumpstop as my curren Ranchos are very close to bottom.

Maybe those will work for the front, but they marked as "Rear"

Extended: 15.65"
Compressed: 10.65"

They're a bit longer in compression, but I don't know if my OME's can still compress more or not... I also have low profile compression bumpstops so this is a problem.

Yep... I think I'll stick with OME and change them more often with the difference of $$$.

I know it's not the same but (If I don't win the lottery) I would be only going to the desert once a year...
