Old Man Emu BPV bracket?
I was looking at downey coils for a 2nd gen 4runner and saw it came with a Brake Proportion Valve bracket (BPV) and longer brake lines. Is this needed when installing the OME kit. if yes, is it included in the kit?
And yes, I did search.

You generally need the LSPV bracket to restore your rear braking effectiveness:

For the brake line, check the length after installing the lift. I found my stock '85 rear line was long enough for a 3.5" lift. All depends on how much droop you get out of the rear axle with the lift.
