fuel injection coversion

I got a carbureted 22r pickup with a blown head gasket and destroyed head. the block is in good shape. My friend has an entire 20r engine out of a front wheel drive car. Will the head and fuel injection set up bolt up and run alright on my truck? the car is an 85.
