Chevy TRE vs. FJ80 TRE

Just bought a x-over steering setup minus the drag link. Guy told me the arms were tapered for the chevy tre. I am going to make my own drag link on the lathe, wondering if I can use FJ80 TRE, if they are similar? or will I have to go Chevy on 1 end, and Stock on the other, to match my stock pitman arm.

This question makes no sense.

Of course its possible to ream it. You can ream anything with a hole in it.

Is there enough material? For what? A 20" hole? No. A 9/16" hole, yes. A 4" hole? No.

Kiff,

In the quest for you to modify your vehicle I would suggest you click the link below and do a lot of reading.

PS. Don't ask the questions there you have asked here or there will be reaming you don't enjoy.
