Air tank possibility?

I have a lot of space under my rig from where my spare *used* to be. Maybe I'll just go with a smaller tank and place it down there

IMHO, if you already had the eye-wash tank (as in "free")...then it would be worthwhile to save some dough. I just don't see much cost benefit.

Reading all this stuff about on-board air is making me want to get a setup in my truck.
What would be a good complete setup (air-tank, compressor, etc..) for a beginner wheeler...I don't need anything too expensive or high-tech, just something that could fill up a 33" tire pretty quickly. And something that wouldn't take up too much space would be nice too.
