i have just bought an 05 Sequoia, SR5 4wd with 105k miles.
@ speeds above 75ish it has a constant beep like whistle. It seems to come from the little grill-like area in front of my knee directly under the ignition switch. What is that for anyway? This noise is driving me crazy!! It seems to be very dependent upon wind as it does it at lower speeds when i'm meeting a truck on narrow road or driving into a strong head wind. It's like someone installed one of those deer whistles pointing back in to cab.

turn up your stereo, problem solved my first guess would be the recirculation/vent flap is not sealing 100% and is letting in some air in behind your dash when you go fast. could be anything - just start eliminating things
