Unhappy 2006 Sequoia trunk leak

I have a 2006 Sequoia with a very wet trunk . I am in the northeast and it is a bit cold to do a complete water test , so I was hoping maybe someone had had this problem and could give me some ideas as to the probable cause.

fm914runner, did you solve the leak problem? I have a 2006 Sequoia with a very wet trunk, too. I can't find the source of the leak - it looks as if it's coming up through the bottom and I can't easily get the carpet up. I was hoping not to have to take it to the dealer. Did you fix this yourself? If not, how much did it cost in the end? Now the carpet is moldy and I'm worried that the bottom of the trunk is going to rust. Thanks for any information.
