Ohoktimmyg's 98 4Runner Build

I havent gotten a whole lot done yet on this truck, but this is just something to keep the whole story in one place.

I bought a 98' 4Runner Limited in March, and sold my 93' 4runner. I have only had the truck out a few times wheeling it. It is not my daily driver and I pretty much tow it everywhere for now because it isn't quite road friendly right now.

Stats:
3.4 motor runs great
Auto trans from T-100
Factory rear locking differential
SASd to FJ80 front axle with E locker
36x12.5.x16.5 Goodyear military biased ply
Front ARB bumper with Warn 8000
Custom homemade bumper in the rear
Approx 4-6" of suspension lift
Small 1"? body lift

Did Already:
Sold front and rear bumpers
Swapped hood for no-scoop hood
Built front bumper:

Made quick release door pins

Plans:
Manual Swap
Rear Diff Swap to Matching FJ80 Rear
37/39x12.5x16.5
H1 bead-locks

Build-
Rear bumper (in progress)
Sliders
Half doors
Overhead sound bar

What it looked like when I got it:

What it looks like now:

Junkyard helper holding a Clutch Master and Line from a t-100

Any comments/suggestions anyone has will help me stay motivated to do some stuff haha.

I picked up some 12 bolt H1 beadlock wheels and tires recently. They still need to be recentered to match the toyota bolt pattern. also picked up six 37" Military MTRs with it.

I also started accumulating parts for the manual swap.

Picked up:
r150f from a 3.0 with transfer case (passenger drop)
slave cylinder
all the shifters and boots needed
clutch and brake pedals
clutch master cylinder

still need to get a 3.4 flywheel and clutch..
would ultimately love to get the manual harness as well but figured i would override the neutral switch and use the auto computer for now.

Built a rear bumper as well:
