Supercharger and Deckplate - do or dont?

I'm putting a TRD supercharger on an '03 Taco with no other mods planned (hopefully), should I cut that hole or no?
Thanks!

You might want to check out the dyno data and graphs that I have on my website under "Performance Modifications". I dyno'd my 4runner to get a baseline prior to my fuel mods. It seems that w/ the s/c (without fuel mods), the deckplate mod does not make a lot of difference (in or out) in regard to rear HP....maybe just get an amsoil filter now and do the deckplate mod later on when you plan to do fuel delivery upgrades.

If you have a stock fuel system, ABSOLUTELY NOT!

Dukestr,

Would the main reason for no major difference with it in our out be due to the fact that the 4Runner isn't moving? I mean when your at highway speeds, obviously there's more forced air entering the air box, right? When sitting at a stop light, there probably wouldn't be much of a difference, right?
