Non-motorized sunroof

Ok so I've been wanting to put what is essentially an non motorized sunroof in my car. I wanted two actually on over the front two seats and one over the back of the runner a rather large one. For those of you who need a visual something like this http://www.nissanusa.com/vehicles/ModelAttributes/1,,35545|31002|,00.html but with more see through space. Where could I get this done? Any idea about cost? Would I have to reinforce the roof? If so how?

do a search, the general conscensus though, is that adding an aftermarket sunroof is a bad idea because of leaks and such..... there are several people on the board that have factory sunroofs that leak, several also do not though... but the aftermarket ones just arent the same

all of what I read talks about motorized sunroofs. Mine would be in a fixed position so I could just seal it with black silicon. The problem people have been having is sealing it and allowing it to move along with differences in the headliners.
